Highlights 3rd ODI, India vs New Zealand: Hello and welcome to our coverage of the third IND vs NZ ODI from Mount Maunganui. New Zealand may have their highest score of this series, but it still might not be enough. It's been another good show by India with the ball, especially after being asked to bowl. Rocked the top order early and were right on top. But, Taylor and Latham took things in their side and added 119 runs between them, with the former missing out on a ton and the latter stroking a fifty. 14.56 IST: Md. Shami has been adjudged the Man of the Match for his 3/41. That's his second MoM award in three matches.
14.56 IST: You can only marvel at the ease with which India manage to chase down totals. As it has been in the series so far, it's another controlled and comfortable win for the Men in Blue. They first did the business with the ball, keeping New Zealand to just 243 on a decent batting surface. The fact there was only one century stand, between Taylor and Latham who scored fifties, and the next highest was of 33, says plenty about how far this Indian side has come, especially as a bowling unit. It was a collective performance from them.

Virat Kohli: Same thing, we would've wanted to bat first. Under the lights, we felt the ball came on better. We were quite satisfied, I personally would like to get the scoring rate up. In the last game, we could've got to 340. A couple of changes. MS has got a sore hamstring, Karthik comes back. Hardik comes in place of Vijay Shankar. It's brilliant, especially if you look at our away performances. It's great to have two guys who can pick wickets in the middle overs.
Kane Williamson: We are going to bat. Looks like a good surface, a used surface so hopefully, we can make use of the first hour. One change for us. Santner comes in for CDG. The spin throughout the series has been effective. This pitch will also help the spinners I guess. There have been glimpses, we need to get some partnerships with the bat and need to step up. We do know that If we play our best cricket, we can beat anybody. It's important we execute our plans as best as we can.
