Following the underway lengthy series in South Africa, which comprise three Tests, six ODIs and three T20Is, Indian cricket team will tour Sri Lanka to play a tri-series, involving Bangladesh, to celebrate the Islanders' 70th independence. Titled as 'Nidahas Trophy 2018', the tri-series will be played from March 6 to 18.
The tri-series will be played in a round-robin format with all the teams playing each other twice. The top two teams will progress to the final, which is scheduled to be played on March 18.
All the matches of the series will be played at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo and will be broadcasted on DSPORT.
