The ‘Nawab of Najafgarh’ Virender Sehwag has built a vast fan following on Twitter owing to his witty tweets, but this time the Twitter king got a taste of his own medicine when he was trolled by none other than his wife Aarti Sehwag.

Sehwag, who has entertained millions with his aerial shots on the cricket pitch, was in for some beating from his wife on social media.

After India whitewashed the Kiwis in the Test series, all eyes were on Sehwag’s Twitter handle, who has displayed tremendous wit on his timeline.

Like any of his other tweets, this one is also bound to leave you in splits.

Here is his congratulatory message for Ravichandran Ashwin that screams Sehwag’s brand of humour:

To which Ravi Ashwin replied : –

However, soon after his tweet, Sehwag was clean bowled by his wife who trolled him and administered a dose of his own humour upon him.

In fact, both cricketers were trolled by their wives.

Here is what Prithi Ashwin and Aarti had replied which later broke the Internet.

Ashwin played a key role in India’s whitewash of New Zealand in the three-match Test series. He took 27 wickets in three matches, an achievement that helped him reclaim the title of the top Test bowler in international cricket.

With a massive 321-runs victory in third Test of the three-match series, India completed a 3-0 whitewash of New Zealand at Indore.

Ashwin single-handedly triggered another batting collapse of the Kiwis, to return with career-best figures of 7/59 in the visitors' second innings, bundling them out for a paltry 153 in response to the mammoth target of 475.
