Rajasthan Election Results 2024 Live: BJP clinches Jaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner seats

Congress won eight out of 25 seats in Rajasthan including Barmer, Ganganagar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Tonk-Sawai Madhopur, Dausa, Bharatpur, and Karauli-Dholpur. 

BJP's candidate from Kota Lok Sabha seat, Om Birla expressed his gratitude towards PM Narendra Modi and said, ''We fought the election under the leadership of PM Modi...I am grateful to PM Modi...I will try my best to fulfil their expectations and aspirations.''

Union Minister and BJP leader Arjun Ram Meghwal wins from Rajasthan's Bikaner Lok Sabha seat against Govind Ram Meghwal.

In a talk with the news agency ANI, a Congress' candidate from Jalore and former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot's son, Vaibhav Gehlot congratulated BJP's candidate and said, ''I want to congratulate BJP candidate Lumbaram... Being is the Oppostion, we will fulfil that duty with responsibility.''

BJP candidate Bhagirath Choudhary wins Ajmer Lok Sabha seat by a huge margin of 3,29,991 votes, defeating Congress's Ramcharan Choudhary.

After BJP's Manju Sharma clinched Jaipur Lok Sabha seat, the party workers were seen celebrating her victory at the party's state headquarters.

Congress candidate from Jalore and former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot's son, Vaibhav Gehlot, trailing by a huge margin of 1,58,448 votes. BJP's candidate Lumbaram is currently leading in the trends. 

BJP workers have started celebrations outside the residence of candidate from Bhilwara constituency, Damodar Agarwal, As per the ECI trends, he is leading by nearly 1,80,000 votes. 

BJP's Manju Sharma clinched the Jaipur Lok Sabha constituency seat by a huge margin of over 2,25,000 votes.

Across the state, BJP is leading in 12 seats while Congress is ahead in 10 seats. Others are leading on 3 seats in the state.  

BJP's Dushyant Singh is ahead on the Jhalawar-Baran seat by nearly 35,000 votes. He fought against Congress' Urmila Jain. 

CP Joshi, Rajasthan BJP President and party candidate from Chittorgarh Lok Sabha seat, says that he has full faith that the party will get the full majority in the state.

Congress Ummeda Ram Beniwal is currently leading on the Barmer constituency seat. Earlier, Independent candidate Ravindra Singh Bhati was leading the trends. 

As per the latest trends, Congress is leading on 11 seats while BJP is ahead on 9 seats. 

As per the latest trends, BJP is leading on 17 seats while Congress is ahead on 3 seats including the Jaipur constituency seat. Independent candidates are ahead on two seats

Ravindra Singh Bhati, who is contesting against BJP's Kailash Choudhary and Congress' Ummeda Ram Beniwal, is leading from Barmer seat.

Raising questions on EVM, Congress leader Pratap Singh Khachariyawas said, ''Why is Election Commission adamant? EC should be transparent...EC should announce a reward for anyone who can hack it and if someone can hack it then change it.''

According to the India TV-CNX Exit Poll results, the BJP is likely to win 21-23 seats of the total 25 seats in the state. While the rival Congress may settle with 2-4 seats.

The combined voter turnout witnessed during both phases reported a sharp decline compared to the 2019 data. Overall voter turnout recorded in the 2024 Lok Sabha Polls stands at 61.60 per cent for 25 seats in two phases, compared to the 66.07 per cent voter turnout recorded in 2019.

While the BJP, which has consecutively registered thumping victories in the state in 2014 and 2019 (winning 24 seats, with the remaining one won by its ally), may face a tough contest from Congress and its allies in 10 seats at least.
