In a horrific incident, a Rajasthan public transport bus on Saturday collided with a loaded truck in Bharatpur leaving two dead. Six others have been injured in the accident.
The accident took place on the Sevar road in Bharatpur and the driver of the bus along with another man on the motorcycle was killed in the mishap. The injured are being treated at the RBM government hospital with some of them in critical condition.
The accident took place near the Mustard Research Centre intersection at Sevar Road at around 8 in the morning.”The truck trolley which was travelling from Mathura bypass hit the bus coming from Bayana. A bike rider also got hit in the accident Pratap (50), a resident of village Richoli in Bayana, and Harbhan (35), a resident of Tikaria in Rudawal, died in the accident”, the police official said.
Earlier on June 13, three members of a family, who were returning after visiting the Khatu Shyam temple in Sikar, Rajasthan, died in a horrific road accident in Jaipur. The accident happened late at night at around 12.30 am. One of the deceased was a five-year-old girl.
The family visited Khatu Shyam temple at 6 pm on June 12. At around 12.30 the night, they were on the way home when the car collided with an oncoming truck at Baki Mata turn in the Raisal police station area. After the collision, the car got stuck under the truck. The whole family was stuck in the car for about 4 hours.
