Alwar Election Results 2024: The counting in the Alwar Lok Sabha seat is currently underway. This time Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Bhupender Yadav contested against Congress' Lalit Yadav. Alwar district comprises 11 assembly constituencies, which have been reduced after the district's division. Now, the Alwar Lok Sabha constituency consists of eight assembly segments. Before Bhupender, BJP's Baba Balak Nath Yadav secured victory in the constituency for two straight times. It is speculated that Bhupender Yadav faced tough competition. He might also face defeat for being an outsider. As per the early trends, BJP's Bhupender Yadav has taken the lead as the counting is underway.  

Alwar Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Date of polls

The polling in Rajasthan's Alwar Lok Sabha seat took place in the first phase on April 19 along with 101 other constituencies across 21 states and Union Territories. This includes all 39 seats in Tamil Nadu, 12 in Rajasthan, 8 in Uttar Pradesh, 6 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 each in Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Assam, 4 in Bihar, 3 in West Bengal, 2 each in Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Manipur and 1 each in Tripura, Chhattisgarh, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Jammu and Kashmir.

Alwar Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Voter turnout

As per the Election Commission of India (ECI) website, the total voter turnout in Alwar Lok Sabha Elections 2024 stood at 60.07 per cent. he website has listed all the final data from Polling Stations (PS), excluding the data of postal ballot voting.
