The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), over the past few days, has interrogated Bollywood actresses such as Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and others, in connection with the drugs case surrounding the death Sushant Singh Rajput. See exclusive details of their interrogation here.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday refuted claims about clean chit given to Bollywood divas Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and others questioned in connection with the drugs case surrounding the death Sushant Singh Rajput, saying such reports are "devoid" of "truth and facts". 

While the three actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan have denied taking drugs or their connection to any drug peddler, Shraddha revealed that she had seen Sushant Singh Rajput take drugs in his vanity van. On the other hand, Deepika during her NCB interrogation claimed that in the industry, 'maal' is the code word for cigarettes.

Till now, NCB has arrested Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, the late actor's house manager Samuel Miranda, personal staff Dipesh Sawant and several others in the drugs probe. More names are expected to come to the fore as the investigation widens.

Veteran actor Shakti Kapoor has been cast as a narcotics officer in an upcoming film inspired by the life of late actor Sushant. Kapoor senior essays a narcotics officer in the film 'Nyaay: The Justice.' Meanwhile, his daughter and actress Shraddha Kapoor was grilled by the NCB in drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput death on Saturday.

Shraddha Kapoor and  Sara Ali Khan were questioned at the NCB's zonal office at Ballard Estate in South Mumbai. Earlier, actor Deepika Padukone who was questioned by the NCB at a guest house in south Mumbai also left after recording her statement.

Hours after Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone appeared before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs case, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan also arrived at the office of the drug law enforcement agency for questioning, on Saturday. 

Shraddha Kapoor's name cropped up during the interrogation of some persons, who were earlier summoned by the probe team, sources said.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday questioned Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor for several hours in a drugs case in connection with the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Bollywood actress Tia Bajpai, who has worked in films like 1920: Evil Returns and Haunted 3D, shared her negative drug test report and urged her fellow celebrities to do the same and share the results on a public platform in order to not get generalised.

The NCB got suspicious after it came to the fore in one of the alleged chats of Jaya Saha, the talent manager of Sushant was discussing drugs with the late actor's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.

The NCB, which began the probe after a drug angle came to light in connection with actor Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged suicide has summoned Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and Shraddha Kapoor. And now Kangana Ranaut, who from quite some time speaking about the prevalence of drugs in the industry has spoken up on the latest update.

Rakul Preet Singh, Simone Khambatta and Shruti Modi have been summoned by the agency tomorrow ie September 23 while Deepika Padukone has been asked to appear on September 25. Sara Ali Khan and Shradhha Kapoor will be questioned by NCB on 26th September.

According to the NCB sources, Jaya Saha's name cropped up in chats related to Sushant Singh Rajput's case where she reportedly recommended Rhea Chakraborty to give CBD oil to the late actor. In the basic questions that were asked to her, Jaya described her professional relationship with SSR and Disha Salian. Not only this, she even revealed crucial details about actresses Shraddha Kapoor and Namrata Shirodhkar.

Today, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) continues to quiz Sushant Singh Rajput's former talent manager Jaya Saha and KWAN CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar in the Bollywood drugs probe. Producer Madhu Mantena arrived at NCB office at 12 pm for interrogation. The biggest update came when NCB send summons to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh and others.

According to NCB sources, the agency will summon Shraddha Kapoor, Rakulpreet Singh, Simmone Khanbatta and Sara Ali Khan this week. Shraddha worked with Sushant Singh Rajput in his film Chhichhore. Her name has surfaced in the statement of Dipesh Swant and Jagdish who used to row the boat at Sushant's farmhouse.

Helmed by Amar Kaushik, Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Stree' revolves around the people of Chanderi village, where the spirit of a woman attacks men at night during four days of a religious festival every year.
