On Friday, the HC dictated its conditions for the bail and said that the accused are not supposed to leave Mumbai without permission and pay a surety of Rs 1 lakh and more. The Special Enquiry Team has time and again tried to serve the notice for an appearance on Prabhakar Sail physically, telephonically as well as through the media, however, so far, he has not appeared before the team, Gyaneshwar Singh wrote in letter to Mumbai Police Commissioner.
