Annaatthe Releases Today: Early in the morning on Thursday, the ardent fans of superstar Rajinikanth gathered outside theatres to watch 'first day, first show.' Not only this but next level excitement was shown after 'Annaatthe dosa' was being sold in hope of promotion of the film.
The film Annaatthe, which, apart from Rajinikanth, also features Nayanthara, Khushbu, Meena, Keerthy Suresh and Jagapathi Babu among others, has music by Imman and cinematography by Vetri.
Just yesterday, Rajinikanth's fans performed the special prayers by breaking 108 coconuts and "man soru." And later in the evening, the superstar shared his health update and informed that he has been discharged from the Kauvery Hospital where he underwent carotid endarterectomy.
Rajinikanth health update: According to a medical bulletin issued by the Kauvery Hospital, the Padma Bhushan awardee is recovering well after he underwent carotid endarterectomy and is likely to be discharged in a few days. His film Annaatthe, is all set to release in theatres on November 4.
On Thursday, Rajinikanth was admitted to Kauvery Hospital for a routine check-up. The actor's wife Latha Rajinikanth told that the 70-year-old thespian was admitted for a day for a routine checkup. The hospital on Friday stated that he underwent a procedure and will be discharged soon.
On Thursday, it was said Rajinikanth would be discharged from the hospital in a day. The actor's family is also silent on his health condition on Friday. It is reported that the actor wen to the hospital for routine checkup, however, an official statement from the family is awaited.
