BJP-led state government is yet to permit Congress to hold the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' in violence-hit Manipur. Rahul Gandhi is supposed to lead the Yatra that would traverse 6,713 km in buses and on foot.

Congress has constituted a total of five clusters and divided all states, UTs among them. Earlier, the party held its first meeting for drafting the manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections.
