Congress President Rahul Gandhi arrived in Goa to join his mother Sonia Gandhi to usher in the New Year, a party official said on Sunday.

BJP member Bhupendra Yadav moved the motion under Rule 187, against Gandhi and urged the Chair to take notice of the alleged breach of Jaitley's privilege, who is also the Leader of the House.
