Rahul Gandhi is the Congress leader and has been representing the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency since 2019. Rahul Gandhi again won the Amethi constituency in 2014 by defeating Smriti Zubin Irani with a margin of 1,07,903 votes. Gandhi was the president of the Congress party from 2017 to 2019.
