As the official tenure of the 17th Lok Sabha session led by the NDA is slated to conclude in June 2024, political parties across the country have initiated their election campaigns. The upcoming elections will see a face-off between ruling alliance NDA and the recently established I.N.D.I.A bloc.
Earlier, Khattar and all 13 other members of the BJP-led council of ministers submitted their resignations to the Governor prompting the party to form a new government without JJP on board.
As the new leadership takes charge, expectations are high for addressing key issues and driving progress across various sectors in the state. The newly appointed ministers are poised to tackle challenges head-on and work towards the betterment of Haryana.
The development comes just weeks ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Khattar’s second term as chief minister was also to end in October, when the assembly polls are due.
