Aaliya Siddiqui has filed a rape case against Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the midst of their legal battle over property.

In petitions filed before the magistrate's court, Zainab had sought direction to the Versova police station in suburban Mumbai for registering an FIR (first information report) against Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his mother under IPC sections 498A, 509 and other related provisions.
