Kangana Ranaut requested the Maharashtra government to open theatres in the state as her much awaited ‘Thalaivii’ is due to hit the screens.

Ahead of the release of Thalaivi, Kangana Ranaut who plays the role of J Jayalalithaa said the biopic is the best film of her career so far and is confident that it will bring audiences back to the theatres.
