In the reality show Lock Upp, 16 controversial celebrities will be put together in a lock-up for months and will be stripped of their amenities. Kangana Ranaut will be seen hosting the show. Reportedly, comedian Munawar Faruqi will be one of the contestants in the show.

During the trailer launch of Kangana Ranaut's reality show 'Lock Upp,' the actress took a few names whom she wants to put inside the jail. She first took the name of Karan Johar, then television czarina Ekta Kapoor and megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Walking through the jail corridor, Kangana Ranaut states how dangerous the 'Lock Upp' world is, and it will be a nightmare! 16 controversial celebrities will be put together in Lock Upp for months and stripped of their amenities.

Kangana Ranaut has reacted to a viral video where a minor girl is seen imitating Alia Bhatt's character in the upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress asks, "Should this child imitate a sex worker with a beedi in her mouth and mouth crude and obscene dialogues? (sic)"

Helmed by Shakun Batra, 'Gehraiyaan' features Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa as leads along with Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapur in pivotal roles. The film is streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

In the teaser, Kangana looks fiery as she walks down in the alley of a lockup. She describes the game rules and takes a dig at all her haters and also points out the nepotism in the industry. She says that now it is her time to treat the contestants inside the lockup she wants.

Earlier there were reports that the makers are in talks with actresses Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas to host the show. Lock Upp will mark Kangana Ranaut's debut as a reality show host. Know the release date, where to watch, teaser of the show here.
