Since 2019, Buttler's average dropped from 44.70 in 2018 to 25.10 that calendar year. And in 2020, he managed only 125 runs in seven innings with no half-century scores.
Former England seamer Darren Gough believes Buttler's place in the team is under threat and he "has got two Test matches to save his career."
