Hasnain Masoodi

Hasnain Masoodi is the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) leader and a former Lok Sabha member. Masoodi was the Principal District Judge from 2007 to 2009 and the Jammu and Kashmir High Court judge from 2009 to 2016. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Masoodi won the Anantnag parliamentary constituency by defeating Congress candidate Ghulam Ahmad Mir with a margin of 6,676 votes. The JKNC leader is contesting from Pampore in the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections against Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (JKPDP) candidate Zahoor Ahmad Mir, Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party's (JKAP) Mohammad Altaf Mir, and Syed Showkat Gayoor Andrabi of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
