Khan, who is contesting from Uttar Pradesh's Rampur constituency, had said at a Sunday rally that he "realised in 17 days that the underwear beneath is of the khaki colour", while hinting at Jaya Prada, a two-time MP from Rampur.

On Sunday, during electioneering, Khan made an "underwear jibe", which the saffron party said was made against the actor, fighting the Lok Sabha polls from Rampur against him.

The video of Khan's purported speech was also doing the rounds on various social media platform.

A bench of Justice Siddhartha, however, endorsed the other part of district magistrate's March 23 order which had also asked Khan to explain as to why his arms licence should not be cancelled permanently.

Suggesting that his name helps the BJP garner votes, Azam Khan said,"I am the item girl of the BJP." He was reacting to the registration Tuesday of the second FIR against him in a week.

Expressing concern over misuse of #MeToo campaign, Singh asserted that people should also justify their allegations and they should not only level charges.

Raising questions over the patriotism of Azam Khan, Amar Singh said that the SP leader loves Pakistan more than India.

Singh was reacting on the provocation in Azam Khan's statement in which he allegedly talked about cutting him into pieces and throw acid on his daughters.

The move has drawn criticism from the opposition Congress which accused the saffron party of trying to make political gains out of Vajpayee's death.
