Aryan Khan Drugs case Updates | The Bombay High continued the bail plea hearing of the accused Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha & Arbaaz Merchantt on Wednesday. Aryan Khan Drugs Case: The Bombay High Court will be hearing the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha in the drugs-on-cruise case tomorrow (October 27) at 2:30pm. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) alleged that Aryan was not just a consumer of drugs, but also involved in illicit drug trafficking. The agency claimed that the star kid could tamper a witness if let free.

Aryan Khan Drugs Case Updates: Hearing on the bail application of accused Aryan Khan has been adjourned for tomorrow at 2:30 pm by the Bombay High Court. He was denied bail last week in the Sessions court. Shah Rukh Khan's son has claimed the NCB is misinterpreting his WhatsApp chats. On Tuesday, NCB submitted its reply against the star kid's bail and said, "Aryan is not just drug consumer, but also involved in drug trafficking, tampering witnesses."

NCB has already collected transaction records of some of the accused from whom 'commercial' or large quantity of drugs (which attracts harsher punishment under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act) had been seized, the official said. The agency is also checking the accused persons' sources of income.  

Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Friday for questioning in a drugs related case. She was asked to appear at the NCB office at 11 AM, however, she reached the premises post 2 PM.

The NCB is probing the case of seizure of banned drugs aboard a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. With Aryan Khan in judicial custody, the investigating agency is questioning actress Ananya Panday about her alleged WhatsApp chats with the former in the drugs related case.

The sources reluctantly divulged that there are 'no traces or references' of any Marijuana (Ganja) or weed-related chat in Ananya Panday and Aryan Khan's WhatsApp conversation being scanned in-depth by the NCB.

On Thursday, an NCB team was seen at Ananya Panday's house, following which, the actor was summoned by the probe agency at its office. Later, Ananya Panday, along with her father Chunky Panday, reached NCB's office. Meanwhile, one more drug peddler was detained by NCB on Friday morning in connection with the cruise raid case.
