Kangana Ranaut has reacted to a viral video where a minor girl is seen imitating Alia Bhatt's character in the upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress asks, "Should this child imitate a sex worker with a beedi in her mouth and mouth crude and obscene dialogues? (sic)"

Alia Bhatt stated on her Instagram that she took time out for a quick read before a shoot because it was her favourite thing to do as a child, getting lost and fascinated by the colours and characters.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been dating for a while now. Their first film together 'Brahmastra' will be released this year. The film is Ayan Mukherjee's ambitious project and has been in the making for over 6 years.

Gangubai Kathiawadi will have its world premiere at the 72nd Berlin International Film Festival this month. After facing many hurdles including two cyclones – Nisarga 2020 and Tauktae May 2021, and the COVID-19 lockdown, the movie is set to be released theatrically on February 25.
