Actress Alia Bhatt, who was spotted publicizing 'RRR' before its postponement, had gone inactive during the second leg of RRR's promotional campaign, except for one big event. Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli's directorial has reached Rs 500 crore worldwide gross box office collection on the third day of its release.

With RRR, one of Indian cinema's finest, director SS Rajamouli of Baahubali fame is back on the director's chair after five long years. Along with, Ram Charan and Jr NTR, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Alison Doody in pivotal role. The film is a period drama set in the pre-Independence era.

The audience in one of a theatre in Vijayawada got furious after the Ram Charan-Jr NTR's 'RRR' screening was halted due to a technical glitch. It became even worse when the angry crowd started vandalising the theatre. They smashed windows and glasses of the theatres. However, the police reached the premises and took control of the situation.   

While watching RRR, Upasna Konidela turned into a fangirl of her husband Ram Charan, who essays the role of Rama Raju in the film. She was spotted throwing the papers at the screen during film's popular song 'Naatu Naatu.' The visuals of the same have gone viral on social media.

Inching towards its global release, SS Rajamouli's magnum opus 'RRR' has gained much more attention, with the promotions by the star cast including Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.

Ayan Mukerji directorial superhero adventure, Brahmastra, is billed as the first part of a trilogy. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Shiva while Alia Bhatt plays his love interest Isha who supports him in his quest for the all-powerful Brahmastra. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy.

'RRR' starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, and others, is a period drama set in the pre-Independence era and has been mounted on a huge scale. RRR promises to deliver a visual grandeur, depicting the fictional lives of Indian revolutionaries, Seetharamaraju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (NTR).

Alia Bhatt, who will next be seen in 'Brahmastra', said: "I have a very good support system of friends and family...
