Akshay Kumar refuted speculations and doing the rounds over the release date of his two forthcoming films -- "Sooryavanshi" and Bell Bottom".

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has donated a sum of ₹ 1 crore to cricketer Gautam Gambhir's Delhi-based foundation for the COVID victims. The same was announced by the former cricketer-turned-politician on Twitter who also told PTI that his foundation would distribute anti-viral drug Fabiflu and oxygen cylinders to COVID-19 patients across the national capital.

Akshay Kumar on Sunday shared his COVID positive report and informed his fans that he's under home quarantine. On Monday, he made a fresh post and shared that he's been hospitalized. His tweet read, "as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalized. I hope to be back home soon. Take care."

Ram Setu: As per a report, as many as 100 crew members were set to join the set for shooting on April 5 but as a precautionary measure, not just the film’s producer Vikram Malhotra but also Akshay Kumar made it mandatory for everyone to get tested. Further, the report stated that out of 100, 45 junior artists have been diagnosed positive for the virus.
