Bihar Election Result: Amit Shah and BJP president J P Nadda have already announced that Nitish Kumar will be the chief minister irrespective of the seats won by the two allies.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, kicking off BJP's Bengal election campaign on Friday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win over 200 seats in the West Bengal Assembly Election, scheduled to take place next year — 2021 and form the government.

Amit Shah West Bengal visit: Assembly elections in the state will be held in May 2021. The BJP wants to project it as an alternative to the Trinamool Congress which is ruling the state since 2011 under Mamata Banerjee’s leadership.

The Bhartiya Janta Party leader on Wednesday announced his two-day visit to West Bengal where the assembly polls are due next year.
