Ardha Ushtrasana
Ardha Ushtrasana also reffered as Half Camel Pose Asana is best suited for stretching the Shoulders , upper arm and opens the chest. Ardha Ushtrasan strecths the muscles of upper body.

Shashankasana
Shashankasana also reffered as Hare Pose Asana is one of the easy yoga asana one can perform regardless of age and disease. It helps to reduce stress and anger. It results in relieving of depression.

Vakrasana
Vakrasana increases flexibility of the spine and helps in management of diabetes. By doing this asana one can overcome the problem of constipation. Vakrasana is also known as Twisted pose asana.

Bhujangasana

Salabhasana
