When asked who he feels is his main opponent, AAP's Anand Kumar or Congress' J P Agarwal, Tiwari pauses for a moment before saying, “I think those who are determined not to vote for Modi will vote for AAP.”

The actor doesn't agree with views about his celebrity status having helped him earn the party ticket.  

Talking about his journey into politics, the artiste says that he entered into the field six months ago when he joined BJP.

“And I had to perform tasks to prove my ability.” “I was one of the star campaigners of BJP during the 2013 state assembly elections and was given the responsibility to win support of voters of 42 seats of Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

I managed to give the party 32 seats.
