Police also filed FIR against Vishwas and AAP activists for violating Sec 144 at the police station premises.
Asked by Rajat Sharma why the police was siding with Congress, Kumar Vishwas said: "Congress has not fielded candidate against bahurani (Dimple Yadav) in Kannauj, and the ruling Samajwadi Party has not fielded candidate against Rahul in Amethi. Clearly both the parties are colluding".
Kumar Vishwas alleged, he has been attacked four times by the Congress, and the attacks were masterminded by a local Congress leader, who acted as secretary for Rahul Gandhi in Amethi.
"I have travelled to 1260 villages on foot in the last three months, and have made Amethi my home. Clearly the Congress leaders are panicking as they fear defeat", claimed Kumar Vishwas.
Vishwas had filed an application with police seeking registration of an FIR against Priyanka Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and some Congress workers in connection with the alleged threat by Vinod Mishra.
SP Amethi, Hira Lal, said investigations will be carried out into the complaints of the AAP leader.
He also said that police lodged an FIR against Vishwas and his supporters for flouting prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC.
