1. Rajneeti: It's a bloody battle for political power between the rival suitor of the Pratap family.
This movie was released in 2010. It is a political drama that takes inspiration from Mahabharata and Mario Puzo's The Godfather. Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal, Ajay Devgan, Nana Patekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Naseeruddin Shah were the stars. Each one of them performed incredibly. For Katrina this was a rather different role that she carried with dignity. Critically the movie was well received, and earned about 143 crores at the Box Office. It had portrayed the murkiness and the tricks of politicians and the struggle very well.
