Additional police reinforcements have been deployed, and policemen in civvies are keeping a close watch on people trying to get close to Anna Hazare.

Following is the timeline of Anna's Jan Lokpal Bill movment so far:

--April 5, 2011: Anna sits on his first indefinite hunger strike at Delhi's Jantar Mantar. The fast went on till April 9. Anna called off his fast after the Prime Minister promised him to bring a Lokpal Bill.  The Centre set up a Joint Drafting committee on April 8, consisting of five Union Ministers including Pranab Mukherjee, P Chidambaram, Veerappa Moily, Kapil Sibal and Salman Khursheed. From Anna's side, Anna, Santosh Hegde, Kiran Bedi, Shanti Bhushan, Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan were members. Anna gave a deadline of August 15, 2011 for bringing Jan Lok Pal Bill.
