New Delhi, Jul 25: A group of people, who claimed to be NSUI activists, created ruckus at Team Anna's fast venue at Jantar Mantar by shouting solgans against Anna Hazare, prompting the volunteers to remove them from the venue.

Around 40 people came to the venue and started shouting slogans against Hazare and his team member Arvind Kejriwal as soon as the 74-year-old activist climbed the stage to begin his dharna.

This led to a minor scuffle between the activists and Team Anna volunteers forcing them to remove the latter from the venue.

Soon after, Team Anna member Kumar Viswas claimed that the activists said, "Anna ko dhakka dedo, Arvind ko maro (push Anna, beat Arvind)" and added that he has an audio recording of the sloganeering by the activists.

Another member Sanjay Singh claimed that the activists even asked "what is the need for such protest?"

Team Anna on Wednesday launched their indefinite fast here, raising the pitch against the UPA government on the issue of corruption.

Hazare's three close aides -- Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai -- sat on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar here while the activist is on a dharna.

Hazare has served an ultimatum that he will wait for the government to take a decision on their demands in the next four days or else he will join his colleagues on fast from Sunday.

Minister of state in the PMO V Narayanasamy dubbed as "baseless and unfounded" the allegations levelled by Team Anna that NSUI activists had tried to disrupt their anti-government agitation.

"The allegations (levelled by Team Anna) are unfounded and without any fact. They are trying to divert the attention of the people by levelling such allegations," he said.

Narayanasamy said that the Congress party has full faith in democratic principles and not in violence.
