New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi who was to embark a two day visit to Raebareli will arrive in her parliamentary constituency today. She will arrive at Fursatganj airport at 10am and will proceed for surprise visit in her constituency. She is likely to visit her adopted village Urva. She will also partipate in monitoring committee meeting.
After a night-halt at the Bhueymau guest house, she will meet delegations and members of the public in the morning and attend a programme organised by the zila panchayat at Pure Pausan village before leaving for Delhi, according to sources.
Congress Vice- President Rahul arrived in Lucknow a day back. Today he will participate in the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital (SGMH), where he will lay foundation stone of a community college.
As chief guest, Rahul may also visit the Indira Gandhi eye hospital on the premises of the SG Memorial hospital. As per reports, Sonia Gandhi may also join Rahul at the SGMH anniversary event.
