Mumbai: Even before Modi actually wins 2014 elections, NDA constituents have started debating their roles and importance in the new government. Older allies like Shiv Sena are worried that they may not get plum ministries when it comes to portfolio distribution as the new entrants may push for key ministries.
Sanjay Raut, the Shiv Sena MP, has written an article in party's mouthpiece “Samna” over the possible structure of Modi's cabinet.
Quoting a report published in ‘The Economic Times' a few days ago, Sanajy Raut said that the structure of Modi government would probably look like this:
Narendra Modi: Prime Minister
Amit Shah: MoS, PMO (Prime Minister's Office)
Rajnath Singh: Defence Mnister
Arun Jaitley: Finance Minister
Arun Shourie: Commerce Minister
Ravi Shankar Prasad: Law Minister
Rajiv Pratap Rudy: Civil Aviation
Sushma Swaraj: Foreign Minister
Manohar Parrikar: Home Minister
Nitin Gadkari: Urban Development Minister
Sushil Kumar Modi: Agriculture Minister
