Lucknow: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi arrives here Friday on a two-day visit to Uttar Pradesh and will hold a road show in the state.
The Gandhi scion will land at the Amausi airport here after which he will interact with a group of editors at a five-star hotel and then hold a road show in the city.
He is later scheduled to go to Barabanki, on the outskirts of the state capital and offer prayers at Deva Sharif, Congress leader P.L. Punia told IANS.
"He (Rahul Gandhi) is a leader who is very popular with youngsters and the people in my parliamentary constituency are looking forward to this visit," he added.
