Jammu: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today arrived here on a three-day visit.
Soon after his arrival, the Congress leader rushed to Balakote in Poonch district where he met the family members of six people who were killed in Pakistani firing earlier this month.
He also met the other victims of cross border firing.
Later in the day, Rahul will meet representatives of different sections of society and address a panchayat.
Rahul will also visit Kashmir and Ladakh regions during his three-day stay in the border state.
Tomorrow, he will visit Sopore and Pampore areas.
He will also discuss the party affairs in the state with senior leaders and workers.
