Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje yesterday said her government is focused on providing quality education in the state and called upon private players to provide education facilities in remote areas.
Speaking on the inauguration of an auditorium in a private school here, Raje said the state government is opening ideal schools at Gram Panchayat level which will have all arrangements and facilities like teachers, computer labs, and play grounds among others.
"No state or nation can progress without understanding the importance of education, therefore, we are proving quality education from the beginning," she said, adding, private sector should come forward to provide education in remote areas of the state.
She inaugurated the auditorium named after former President A P J Abdul Kalam.
Former minister Praful Patel said government as well as other organisations and individuals should work to promote education and its standards.
