Rae Bareli: Priyanka Vadra, the daughter of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, today acted as Good Samaritan, by asking her securitymen to take an injured person lying on the road to hospital.
The man had sustained injury in a road accident near Maharajganj in Rae Bareli, and as the carcade of Priyanka Vadra passed the spot, she stopped her vehicle, and directed her securitymen to transport the injured man immediately to hospital.
The injured man was lying on the road for 15 minutes, unattended.
"Isey lekar jao yaar, Koi isey lekar jaao...Jaldi le kar jao", shouted Priyanka at her security guards.
The man was driving a motorbike when he was hit by a runaway Tata Magic vehicle.
Priyanka Vadra was on a two-day tour of her mother's constituency Rae Bareli. She visited a number of villages and had one-to-one interaction with the villagers.
