Mumbai, Jul 22: Union Heavy Industries Minister and senior NCP leader Praful Patel on Saturday called upon Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray who is recuperating from angioplasty at a local hospital here, sources said.
Uddhav underwent the procedure at Lilavati Hospital in suburban Bandra yesterday to remove three blockages in his arteries.
Patel arrived here this morning with NCP chief Sharad Pawar from Delhi to meet state party leaders.
