New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was too busy to address a public rally in Delhi, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said Thursday.
Asked whether Manmohan Singh would address a campaign rally in the capital, Dikshit said: "He has a very busy schedule."
The prime minister was scheduled to address an election meeting Nov 30 in Tilak Nagar area in west Delhi for drumming up support of the Sikh community which is in large numbers in the area.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi have already addressed public rallies in the capital.
