New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off 'run for unity' on Saturday at Rajpath here on the occasion of 140th birth anniversary of country's first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Special arrangements are being made by the government for the event which will be attended by the Prime Minister, official sources said.

The office buildings in the area will have to be vacated after working hours on October 30, so that rooms are sealed after regular anti-sabotage checks are completed, a government communique to all ministries said.
