New Delhi: In its last winning effort to win hearts of Delhiites a day before Delhi goes to poll, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today assured a developed and world class Delhi which everyone will be proud of if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) forms the government in the national capital.

The ad, duly signed by Modi, is titled as ‘Mera Vada: World class Dilli jis par apko garv ho' (My promise: World class Delhi of which you'll be proud).

It seems to be words-from-heart by Modi, where he asked for support of all Delhiites to give BJP a majority status and choose Kiran Bedi as their coveted leader, in the same way 125 million countrymen supported him few month back to change the course of country's development.

He stated that it is after 16 years that there has been an opportunity to groom Delhi in proportion to its importance. To make it a capital where every daughter is safe, every youth is employed according to his capability, everybody has home and the life is easy. He further said that Delhi should be a place where the basic facilities like electricity, water and wellness are available to all.

In order to make all these possible, he appealed Delhiites to choose a government which may be able to fulfill their expectations, a team which may be experienced, capable of running government and which may be able to work in tandem with the Centre.

Amid all this, he did not miss to mention the promises he made when BJP came into power that theirs is the party of poor, of women and of youth and that they are bound to get rid of corruption.

Through the ad, he also highlighted his projects – Jan Dhan, Svachch Bharat, Make in India and Digital India – which will act as milestones in country's progress.

The ad, carrying symbol of BJP party, lotus, was topped with a smiling portrait of Modi. It also had thought-evoking statements in bold.

In the end, there was a bold statement, through which he vouched to make Delhi a place of which everyone will be proud.
