Patna: LJP leader Ramvilas Paswan today asked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to take moral responsibility for the serial blasts in Patna that claimed six lives and "quit on his own".
"The serial blasts at Patna have exposed the state government's failure to provide adequate security for the BJP's 'Hunkar Rally'.....Kumar must accept the responsibility for the incident and quit," Paswan said.
