New Delhi: The BJP said Wednesday that "no formal and structured dialogue" had begun between any two political parties over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.
"Lot of kite flying over (government) formation in Jammu and Kashmir. Better note that no formal and structured dialogue has begun between any two parties," BJP general secretary Ram Madhav said.
The Bharatiya Janata Party won 25 seats in elections to become the second largest group in the 87-member hung assembly. The Peoples Democratic Party won 28 seats.
Any government will need the support of 44 members in the assembly.
