On the statistics on toilets in the state given by Modi, Kumar said “As per latest figures, while 64 per cent of household in urban areas have toilets it is 28 per cent in rural areas.”
On the poor condition of sugar mills in Champaran known as the sugar bowl, he said “its for his consumption that many of the closed sugar mills reopened during my time and are performing well.”
About electricity, he said towns and villages were now getting 16 to 24 hours of power.
