New Delhi: Union Minister Salman Khurshid believes that Gujarat CM and BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi should not have addressed Patna rally after serial bomb blasts took place.
"After an event like this happens, you should give up whatever happen,” said Khurshid.
He also defended Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for attending a Bollywood film music launch a few hours after the blasts.
