Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today concluded his 2014 Lok Sabha election campaign with a rally in Ballia of UP.It was his last election rally and he thanked the people of the country for coming out in large numbers to hear him out.Modi reminded the people that in this election campaign, he interacted directly with voters from 5,800 places through meetings and TV interactions and that he travelled for more than 3 lakh kilometers across the country.“I interacted directly with voters from 5,800 places through meetings and TV interactions. I have travelled for more than 3 lakh kilometers in this election campaign,” said Modi.“I answered questions from people from more than 4,000 places during ‘Chai Pe Charcha' programmes. I'm not ashamed of having sold tea in the past. We have used 3 D technology to interact with people. No other country has ever used this technology for political purpose. I have visited almost 450 places in these elections. I did this because I wanted to bow to the people directly,” added Modi.Modi told the audience that they should not consider SP, BSP and Congress as separate entities as they are all guided by one person- Sonia Gandhi.“There will not be a single state this time where Congress party will be able to open its account. There is only one owner of SP, BSP and Congress- Sonia Gandhi. They are all one although they keep hoodwinking you. SP,BSP and Congress fight in Lucknow but eat in the same plate in Delhi,” said Modi.Earlier, Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi blasted Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi for always abusing him and made it clear to them that the more they try to abuse them, the more his party will grow.Addressing an impressive gathering at Kushinagar in UP, Modi said, “Listen Sonia Ji, the more muck you and your son throw at me, the more the lotus will blossom.”Modi was at his acerbic best in targeting both SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and the local MP R P N Singh for not doing anything for the sugar mills lying shut down in the area.“The sugar mills are closed down in this part. What is Neta ji doing? You are very close to Sonia Gandhi family. Should such people be forgiven? You cannot elect someone who is not concerned about your future,” said Modi.“Your MP (R P N Singh) is so close to Madam but he is not bothered about the problems of Kushinagar's farmers,” added Modi.Modi also reminded the people that the Nirbhaya rape case took place in Delhi when their local MP R P N Singh was the home minister.“Your MP is the home minister at centre. Delhi's law and order directly comes under his ministry. Still Delhi keeps witnessing rapes on a daily basis. After the ghastly Nirbhaya incident ,they created a Nirbhaya fund but failed to utilize even a single penny earmarked under this fund,” said Modi.Modi promised to the voters of Kushinagar that connecting land to water will be his priority after forming the govt at centre.“I want to fulfill the dreams of Atal ji, give me your blessings. The way Atal ji connected villages with roads; I have to connect lands with water. The BJP will implement ‘Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana' on the pattern of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana', said Modi.Coming down heavily on Sonia Gandhi for talking about politics of ‘oonch' and ‘neech', Modi reminded her how she dismissed the three economists of Rajiv Gandhi foundation who had produced a report that put Gujarat at number 1 on development parameters.“Sonia Ji has initiated politics of ‘oonch' and ‘neech'. The report of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, chaired by Sonia ji, said that Gujarat govt is at number one in development. You punished the three economists associated with Rajiv Gandhi foundation who produced that report. Is it not an example of ‘neech' politics?
