Addressing an election rally in Kishtwar, Modi said, If there is a hole in the bucket then the water will not stay, I wonder where the money that comes from the Centre actually goes. For the present Govt, the flood disaster was an opportunity to loot,” Modi said.

Reminding the people that it was former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee who had a vision for Kashmir, Modi said that he was determined to look into grievances of the people. He warned his opponents against telling lies on the issue of refugees and that his party will find a solution to this problem from the state itself.

“Atal Bihari Vajpayee had a vision for Kashmir, I will work for it. People speak lie about refugees... I promise to look into grievances. This is my duty to address your problems. I want to warn people speaking lie in the name of refugee. From J&K we will find solution to the issue of the refugees. Government in Delhi ready to work for you... the nation, 1.25 crore people are with you.I appeal you to vote for BJP and give us a majority to form a stable government,” said Modi.

Making a strong pitch for people of Jammu and Kashmir to vote for BJP in upcoming elections, Modi said that he'll always be available as 'Pradhan Sevak' to the people of the state.
