Narendra Modi said that once his party would come to power, he would deal with all the candidates who have corruption charges against them.
Irrespective of the party they belonged to, he would ensure that criminals don't get to sit in the parliament.
In Faizabad, Modi attempted to invoke Lord Ram to appease voters. BJP had used the poster of Ram in the background of the stage where Modi addressed a massive crowd.
Recalling Mahatma Gandhi, Modi said Gandhi had reflected on need of a kingdom that was identical to the one that existed during the reign of Lord Ram. During his speech he made several references to Lord Ram.
People of Faizabad were spontaneous in responding with chants of ‘Jai Sri Ram'.
He accused SP, BSP and Congress for shielding each other from CBI. He said that in Lord Ram's kingdom, one could die but not break their promise.
But Congress had deluded people. It had promised employment to 10 crore people in its 2009 manifesto but had failed to fulfill it.
