New Delhi: Bringing an end to the Monsoon session, both houses of Parliament have been adjourned sine die.
Because of this adjournment, the Upper House could not pass the Goods and Services Tax Bill - considered to be the biggest tax reform since independence.
Sources said that the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA) today decided to convene a 5-6 days special session of Parliament for passage of key legislations, especially the GST bill.
