"Some 58 to 60 people in a train were burnt alive (in Godhra). The Congress said, the people died because of a burning stove. Who are they fooling? If a stove burns, people will jump out of the coach.  Here the people were burnt inside a closed railway coach.

"Even the SIT appointed by the Supreme Court said some rascals indulged in arson because they wanted to defame India because of tension on Indo-Pak border. And, Hindus are not keedas (insects), who will not retaliate", said Jethmalani.

"Burning is the most cruel form of killing. Modi had just taken over as chief minister. He can't control each and every police station.

Jethmalani described the Congress as the most communal party which divides people. "What about the Congress leaders' role in 1984 anti-Sikh riots? At least, Modi didn't go and give the orders to mobs in Gujarat. Congress leaders are practitioners of genocide."
