Ahmedabad, Sept 30 : Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi today lashed out at the CBI saying, it was not the Congress, but the investigating agency which is contesting the forthcoming state assembly polls. “Congress is not contesting the polls here, it's the CBI which is playing the game here”, he added.
